Heller Commemorative Rifles
We are producing rifles commemorating the 2008 decision by the United States Supreme Court in District of Columbia v. Heller. The Court ruled that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms, and that a complete ban on handguns is unconstitutional.
Afterward, the Washington DC City Council amended the city's firearm regulations. The new regulations: Heller II, filed in March, 2009, is challenging these onerous and blatantly unconstitutional restrictions. The Bill of Rights Foundation and The Heller Foundation are soliciting funds to help defray the costs of these cases. Even if you don't purchase one of our products, please make a donation to one of these fine organizations. |
